Architectural Expert Witness

A Boston-based architect with 40 years of professional experience, Mike Davis FAIA is an expert in the practice of Architecture and the laws, codes, and obligations that regulate the design and construction industry. Experienced in private and institutional commercial and residential buildings as well as specialty retail and restaurant interior architecture, Mike is broadly knowledgeable about all phases of an architect's services. Since 2015, his experience in expert witness assignments is comprised primarily of assisting with the standard-of-care defense against negligence claims involving architects of multi-unit residential developments, single-family homes, retail stores, and commercial, public, and educational buildings in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Maine.
